I have eaten cow brain when I was a child and recently I've tried chicken feet but not actually eating it but it was in a soup added for flavoring given by a neighbor.

I like to experiment with new foods, especially foods from other countries. However, none of the exotic foods you mentioned are something I would try. Those are a little too far out of my comfort zone. I can't be too adventurous with food, because I can't take too spicy for digestion reasons. The strangest food I've ever witnessed is something my husband and sons like -- saltfish! I don't know if you are familiar with it, but it's fish (usually herring) packed in some kind of salt solution and then battered and fried. It's somewhat popular here in Georgia. I did try it and YUCK! LOL!

By saltfish you mean dried and salted fish, sometimes referred to as saltfish or salt dolly, in which has been preserved by drying after salting. Is that it?

In Croatia we don't have such offers, at least in my area. We have classic meals. Maybe attractive is donkey meat.

Can't say I'm an adventurous eater. I've eaten fried pig's brain with eggs which was quite common some time ago. I'm not sure if it's still available now. I've also eaten snake soup which is popular in winter because it is believed that it can warm up the body. Duck eggs are common in Hong Kong.
