526.44kcal burned today for 50min and 51s walking

Morning walking is a good exercise..

Today, August 31, 2022, about 526.44 kcal were burned for 50min and 51s walking. The incremental steps I made had reached so far to 10,412 steps. The distance I had walked had a distance of about 7.26 km. I started my walking joy early at 6 am to 6:50:51s. During the walking joy, there were slow, normal, and faster walks I made. I started the walking exercise last Monday, August 29, 2022, and I made at least 4,000 steps on the second day, I hit my target goal of 6,000 steps. I am already a senior citizen, 62 years old. And this is also my doctor's advice to walk for at least 45 mins to an hour every day. After my morning walking, I felt great and feeling stronger. How about you, guys - do you like and enjoy the walking exercise in the morning?

I walk every day, at least 5,000 steps walking and we have stairs in our home, I am up and down all the day long.
