Should all countries have the death penalty?

I think murderers, rapists and child molesters should be sentenced to death rather than "rehabilitated". They don't deserve to live. Thats my opinion - whats yours?

but it is not rare that someone is convicted for a crime he didn't commit so we could kill innocent people
