Hello! How are you?!
Our professor gave us a free cut on his class today so I have time to visit my mylot account.
It is 1 o'clock in the afternoon here in our country, and while
researching for my upcoming report I just read a quote about leadership.
It says it takes the right attitude to be a good and effective leader. It is not about the skills, it is about being an example by having the right attitude.
It is just very inspiring. I got reminded that being a leader is different from being a boss.

Another good point to have us caring for your people. You'll be a team, have each other's backs, so it's important to have nice relationships as well.
Just a few more minutes.
Quite true though, being a leader isn't just bossing people around, good leaders should be good examples.

Being a leader means you have to care about everyone that you are leading.
