What Kind Of Exercises Do You Do?

I enjoy swimming. It's an all round exercise and keeps me cool. However, I haven't been swimming in the last three years because of the pandemic. The pools are closed and the beaches are packed with people. Now, I do stretching exercises and walk. I take a morning walk every day. Actually, walking can be done anytime, anywhere. I sometimes walk in the mall or even at home. What kind of exercises do you do?

I keep a variation so that I get to excercise every muscle and enjoy it. I do cardio, stretching, weights, cycling, swimming and yoga. On days when nothing seems to work out, I manage with only walk while finishing few calls on phone.

My favorite would be to swim. But since that is not possible right now, I just do walking or some easy Tai Chi stretching.

@Beestring Well I have not been formerly learning, only watching Patrick Swayze doing it in Roadhouse movie and copy him. And of course Bruce Lee move hahaha

Swimming is nice, especially in hot summer. Running is not suitable for me. I prefer to ride a bike or have a walk.

Walking is my only exercise. I also use a recumbent bike at home time by time.

@Beestring I think it's fine, consider that our home is on three levels, I am up and down those stairs all the day long.

i live on the 3rd floor, so going out and back is some sort of exercise. sometimes i go running and do some exercises at home.

I think the world is almost open and you can swim again. Me? I love walking that is the only thing I enjoy to do everyday, Before pandemic I used to have a 13000 steps a day. I love walking under the warmth of the sun... heheheh I am not fond of rain....

Only stretches before l get out of bed. I am very active during the day and l sometimes pause to do deep breathing exercises.
