Over my vacation I was so busy with so many things to get accomplished before my vacation was over. Indeed, I managed to finish a lot of stuff but there were quite a few pending to do. They all required so much effort, time, and patience. Not to mention, if you don't have enough money it surely make complications or compromise the process. Thank God I have been able to almost do all despite all odds. Now, I am excited to start this venture. As you can see that is the building plan. On the second floor will be the resto bar and gym. On the ground floor, will be my brother's workshop with an oven for car painting. It will also have the paint shop of my sister-in-law. At the back of the structure is quite elevated to see our heritage house which is to be kept and reconstructed also. I am planning to make my mum a beautiful garden, where she can be busy with every morning. The picture basically is the first phase of our plan. My brother wanted the whole façade see-thru. There will also be a parking area in front.
