My day has been pretty decent. I watched 2 or 3 yarn related videos so that I can chose which stitch I want to use for my next new crocheting project. The videos were of the fantail stitch and I think it would look nice for a blanket, scarf, or shawl. I think I will make a shawl with this pretty stitch. I got a call from the doctor's office this afternoon. It was about the result of my bloodwork. Three of my blood-related levels were high so I need to go into the lab at the doctor's office and get 2 or 3 more blood tests done. I already have an appointment set up with my doctor on the 23rd so she and I can discuss the results and go from there. The nurse I spoke with this afternoon mentioned something about seeing a hematologist. I have been crocheting on my Grandson's blanket today. I'm getting closer to being finished with it. I should be in 2 or 3 days. I took a bag of trash out to the little dumpster that is at the back of the complex property. It was very nice out. Great temperature with low humidity = awesome weather. I know it is after 9 p.m., but, I didn't really get hungry until about an hour ago. To fill my hungry stomache, I cooked up a can of Glory Foods Seasoned Southern Style Green Beans With Potatoes and a package of broken up chicken flavored Ramen noodles. While it was cooking, it started to smell soooooooooooooooooooo good! I divvyed up a bowl of the stuff and it is YUMMY! In the accompanying photo, you will see my photo of the green beans can so that you know what I'm talking about. After I finish my supper, I will most likely watch more videos and get some more done on the blanket. I might even start crochet a shawl and use the fantail stitch.

My younger daughter is into crochet. She started at the age of 8 and now at 16, she is a pro. She is teaching it to me these days. I have done a couple of small projects and still find it challenging. Online videos are a great way to learn and my daughter watches a lot of them. Enjoy it

@bluerubymoon53 I would totally agree there. That's true with all art and craft form. It needs patience and interest to do it.

When I am finished with the blanket, I will post a discussion about it.
