I cannot recommend it as I don't have a per. But I have heard coconut oil is good. Also, I have heard you can mix Vitamin E capsules as it makes hair shine and skin glow.

@everwonderwhy I remember once we had a pomeranian dog and the person whom we bought it told us about vitamin E.
