Which type of spa do you prefer?

I remain exhausted for most part of the year. So whenever I go for a holiday if there are spa centres I take spa. Generally I take full body spa with herbal oil. Generally there are a lot of medicinal value in the ayurvedic and herbal oils. Which type of spa do you prefer?

I guess with your kind of allergy situation, it would be better to stay away from spa.

I have enjoyed spa only a couple of times and I bet that they are refreshing. But they are a big bomb on our pockets and we can't afford them every time. I was gifted one spa coupon by my colleague before pandemic. That was the last time I enjoyed it.

yes Arunimaji I agree a standard full body spa costs around Rs 2000 in different parts in India. My experience says the Keralian spa with ayurvedic oil are the best because those oils are made from many medicinal plants and heal a lot of pain in the body

@sathviksouvik You are right. It's even more expensive here in Bangalore. The last one I got was something worth 4500 for two hours. It was a gift from all my colleague together. But it was worth every penny..they did use the kerela ayurvedic oils. It was a great experience and the best gift I got from friends.
