Buttered Salmon, Garlic and Herbs

Easy to make Baked Salmon dinner for four.
Herbs: Parsley, sweet basil, oregano, Vietnamese mint, cardamom, turmeric, sweet paprika.
Side dish were broccoli and Basmati rice with home-made moringa and pesto dressing.

I've tried planting moringa from seeds But they always did not make it in cold season. An Asian vegie grocer used to sell morunga bunches freighted from Queensland :-(. I order moringa powder also at a health food shop, iHerb.

What seasoning do you matinate the salmon ?

I did not marinate the fillets. But sprinkled sea salt, 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, pepper, chopped coriander, and 3 Tbsp tallow.
Also, spring onions, chives, slices of mushrooms.

Hi Carol, beautiful lady! Daughter (8 months pregnant and her 2 daughters came by and stayed for 4 days. So, I've been non-stop at home and on 2 evening shifts at work.
