What do you do before you go to sleep?

There are many people who have cultivated the habit of reading books while going to sleep. The habit of reading books they have cultivated a long ago. But I believe there are some people who see mobile phone to see messages and there are some people who think thier routine for the next day. There may be any task people can do while going to sleep such as brushing the teeth or taking a shower at night.
What do you do before you go tosleep?

I love to do mylot , chatting in online dating sites , facebook , messenger and my part time job as an online worker make me happy before you sleep

Before going to bed, I brush my teeth, wash my face, and then I read a few chapters of the Dune series. I am now on book number 5! If I don't stop myself I would read until morning. I downloaded the whole series on to my phone in Kindle and so I read before going to sleep.
