I had forgot that I had eaten my share of eggs.

I forgot about the rice omelette and instead of making dinner, I made a delicious leche flan. A couple of hours later I remembered that I had eaten way too many eggs today, but I did not mind.
The leche flan was perfect and I have enough to last a couple of days. I am not sharing my food with anyone and anyway I am not inviting anyone while I´m ill.
Today Claudia came masked and brought me more eggs (hence the leche flan) but the only thing I gave her was celery. Once a year I buy celery and I forget that I don´t know how to take out the fiber the way Leticia does. So I finally give it away. I can only use some (a couple of leaves) to add to a soup.
Tomorrow I will have to clean the kitchen. I am too lazy to do it today and after all it isn´t so much. But I have to put some things in their place as the technician will come through the kitchen. Some people are afraid of Luna.

Uhm... if you have a potato peeler similar to the one in the picture here, you just shave the strings off the outside of the celery. It isn't difficult at all.

I think I have one. But that will be for the next time I buy celery. This time I gave first half to Claudia and then the other half. After all, the first time I did not pay her for the antigen she brought me and now I did not pay her for the eggs.

@DaddyEvil I did buy the celery to beginn with. But I had forgotten that I don´t like to peel it and it was very inexpensive. I am always sort of trading things with my daughters. With Claudia, who lives nearby, I just ask her to buy some things for me when she can do it. The next time I go near a supermarket, I´ll but some mugs to give her. The last time we had a party at her house she had only 3 mugs and we had to wait in line

I´m feeling much better but my nose is very itchy. I am putting vaseline on it every now and then so the skin is not harmed.

I have to set a limit because I like eggs way too much. If I did not do that, I could easily eat 4 eggs every day. And I don´t think that that would be healthy.

Glad you enjoyed your eggs! I understand about celery, I can't use the whole stalk either. Si one day I asked,if I can get just a couple of stalks, the produce dept person said ok, but being pandemic ask them for help.

I always remove all the strings from celery, too. Celery gives good flavor to so many dishes. If I think I am not going to use it all up before it gets old, I just go ahead and chop it fine and freeze it. Great to use in soups in casseroles.

I´m afraid that Luna will wag her tail to any burglar that comes by. But I don´t tell that to people I don´t know.

You think they are adraid of your dog, our dog is probably three times the side of Luna, Fed ex wont even come to the fence they throw packages from there truck and then they get ruined.
