How much is the budget to make a house like this?

I got this image from Twitter. The owner of this picture said, This picture was taken during a hurricane in Florida. Many myloters share the state of Hurricane in Florida. When I look at this picture, the situation at that time must be very tense. But....There's something that amazes me, How is that possible???? This house????? The architects and workers must have been great. Besides that...It must be very expensive.

A well built house resist to the water for a while, but you can see that the water is coming in from the floor and once it starts it enters fast later.

@sickly09 I imagine they evacuated after taking the photo, you are not at all safe staying inside, if the glass breaks you are in immediate danger.

Ah, it seems so. But even so, Seeing that the water was already high, But the people inside the house remained safe, That's impressive.

Well a bit of a mixed bag. they made rules where they have to make them like that. They sure of the budget it takes to make them. What they not sure of is what they charge at end of day. Its way more than they should be charging and even so I would not want to wake up to that so I would not buy that house no matter how well its made.

Maybe you can buy it, but in an area that isn't prone to hurricanes.

I guess the materials used are so pricey. I would love to have a house like this in the future.

The materials and the architect of course. Hope you can build a house like this in the future. But I don't expect you to have a disaster like the one in the photo.

How can it be like that. The water looks high in the glass but outside it looks low. The home ownership system in America as far as I know costs a lot of money. In 2007, the United States experienced a subprime mortgage crisis due to high non-performing loans in the housing sector.

That's why I feel amazed by the architect who made this house. Doesn't that look like an aquarium? If in 2007 alone the price was high, especially now.

Wow! The glass stood against that very thick water.
