Preparing for cooking corn beef hash, is so worth it. Corn beef hash is one of my favorite comfort foods!
I add soy sauce & squirts of lemon juice to my warm rice. Soy sauce with lemon juice is called ponzu.
Starting my weekend with my comfort food. Seems like an in/off rainy day, si staying home. Have a wonderful weekend!
