Hand feeding a kangaroo!

This is one of the special experiences we've had during our stay in Australia. In this national park there were huge spaces where kangaroos and emus just roamed and you could hand deed them with food meant for them. It was a safe and healthy way of interacting with these animals. Have you ever hand fed an animal in a park or in the wild?

How cool! Yes, I've hand-fed various animals; but the most exciting to me were the giraffes. They put their big heads through the car window; and I fed them carrots.
