October 29, 2022 8:58pm CST
I ordered an egg poach in breakfast in the countryside. I found the taste of the egg poach very different than poach made from egg of hen. The cook told me that the egg is of turkey. It is very popular in the countryside. People love them.

That's not very big for a turkey egg. A few years ago my husband and I raised turkeys. The eggs were huge compared to a chicken egg. I hope you enjoyed it.
