Do You Feel Like Men And Women Are Equal In Your Place? / myLot

I understand that there is no such thing as equality in everything, in every way. I mean women and men, and girls and boys, enjoy the same rights, resources, opportunities and protections. In this regard, Hong Kong is doing okay, though there is still room for improvement such as in the banking and technology sector, it appears that the top level position is generally occupied by men. But as far as both being paid the same salary for equal work, I think HK is doing quite well. Do you feel like men and women are equal in your place?

Things are getting better but still a long way to go. More than equality being talked about and granted legally and through government policies and schemes, it's important that people respect each other and treat each other well irrespective of their gender and sexuality.

@Beestring India has progressed a lot on the front but still a long way to go. Our women are making us proud everywhere...sports, entertainment, media, politics, armed forces and all the fields. We have women in many top and crucial positions.
