During winter the mustard farms look bright with mustard colour.

The farmlands in Murshidabad and Malda are full of mustard farms. In winter they grow up. The mustard is used to make oil and also powder used to cook Hilsa fish bhape dish. The colour of the farms are named after the product that is mustard yellow. They really look lovely.
