I am honored! Did you get this email from Donald Trump?

I get a lot of SPAM emails, but I am always glad to receive an email from a real person. Someone who cares about me. Someone who will acknowledge me. In this personal email, Donald Trump says he'll be reviewing the list of donors for his 2024 presidential campaign. He will actually know my name if I donate! But will he mention me in one of his speeches? I have read that he has pretty many donors. I am also just a tiny bit suspicious. I don't mean to be a Mr. Grumpy Gills, but if I donate $100 to his campaign, who donates the other $1300? Also, one of those bed-wetting Liberals claimed in a YouTube video that one of Donald Trump's PACs sent a similar a similar email out for a former American football player named Herschel Walker.who is running for a Senate seat in Georgia. However, the bed-wetter claimed, 90% of that money ultimately winds up in Trump's hands if you don't click on a certain button and "adjust the allocation." Have you heard about this? Anyway, do you think I should donate to Donald Trump's 2024 presidential campaign? The stock market did really well under him, and I am moving toward retirement. Here's what I received this morning. _____ I am proud to tell you that I just announced from Mar-a-Lago that I am officially running for President of the United States. It is with your help that: WE WILL MAKE AMERICA POWERFUL AGAIN. WE WILL MAKE AMERICA WEALTHY AGAIN. WE WILL MAKE AMERICA STRONG AGAIN. WE WILL MAKE AMERICA PROUD AGAIN. WE WILL MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN. AND WE WILL MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! It was hardworking Patriots like YOU who built this Country, and it is hardworking Patriots like you who are going to SAVE our Country with ME in 2024. Together, we will take back our beautiful, magnificent White House from Joe Biden and the radical Left. We have a lot of work to do, and we're only just getting started. Can I count on YOU to rush in an inaugural donation of $20.24 RIGHT NOW? When you do, you'll go down in history as one of the FIRST Patriots to donate to my 2024 Presidential Campaign.   For TODAY ONLY, all gifts will receive a 1300%-IMPACT!   Please make a contribution of $20.24 or more RIGHT NOW to proudly stand with me as I run for President in 2024 and your gift will be INCREASED by 1300%. > CONTRIBUTE $250 = $3500 CONTRIBUTE $100 = $1400 CONTRIBUTE $50 = $700 CONTRIBUTE $20.24 = $283 CONTRIBUTE ANY AMOUNT   I want to know who stood by me from the very beginning. My team is giving me the FIRST Official 2024 Donor List TOMORROW in my Mar-a-Lago office, and I want to see YOUR NAME, .   Remember, there is no mountain we cannot climb, there is no summit we cannot reach, there is no challenge we cannot meet, and there is no victory we cannot have. We will not bend. We will not break. We will not yield. We will never give in, we will never give up, and we will never, ever back down.   Can I count on you at this critical time? Please contribute $20.24 or more IMMEDIATELY to claim your 1300%-IMPACT and get your name on the Official 2024 Donor List that I'll review.

I got a Trump campaign text message yesterday asking for donations. I blocked the number. I really don't think he is going to win again. I don't want to think about politics for the next two years. All of it is bothering me a lot lately.

I would take a step back and laugh at it all. I think the Republican party is done with Trump. They are not openly calling him a "disgrace." They're just gently nudging DeSantis on.

You live in Georgia. Is Herschel Walker more articulate overall than in the interviews I've seen? How do the Georgia people you know view him?

I would donate money to the Animal Shelter, before I'd send two cent for Donald Trump. He's a menace to the human race! He's sticking out a tin scammer's cup again, on the cold city streets of NYC!

@kobesbuddy It's so odd that Trump would even do a scam around a fellow Republican. I take it back. You know what I mean.

Scammers are bold aren't they? Who knows where that money would really go? I don't doubt that Trump will try to run in the 2024 election. Because there's nothing saying he can't.

@TheHorse Well, we're two years away and he may or may not win. I doubt that e-mail was from Trump himself, though.

Trump announced the other night that he intends to run. But the Republican party and his former lapdog publications are turning away from him. This money would wind up in Trump's hands. But the Herschel Walker thing is pretty scandalous, if true.

@kaylachan It was from one of his PACs. You can read about that stuff on the internet.

I have heard that if you sign up to donate to his campaign it doesn't come out just once but continually. He steals and steals. I don't trust him and never have. Even his followers are making jokes about him.

I am so glad I did not receive that it would have made me queasy. But I did take a survey that asked about the 2024 elections and what I thought about Trump and I told them a lot of negative and got a little over a buck in my survey pot,

I am glad I do not get this kind of crap in my email (regardless of political party). I would not donate my money to anyone. Not even a shiny penny.

The only thing I can comment is that obviously this did not come from Trump's office nor Trump's campagn. I think you know that. But in case you didn't... The funny thing about some of this is that people buy into it, some people fall for it, and that's part of the reason the world is so freakin' nuts. lol Scams, shams and nutjams.

So none of the $200 I donated will go to Trump himself? I am so ticked off! Is the whole Herschel Walker thing the work of some Russian (or whatever) scammer too?

@TheHorse Of course Russia had no part in anything having to do with our elections, but I do catch your tongue-in-cheek two-sided sarcasm. Quite clever actually. But no, if you donated money, and of course you didn't, the money does not go to Trump nor his campaign. But of course you know that too.
