A Refund Process

I just wanna share my experience about refunding a bank draft. Last September, my niece who works as a nurse in UK asked me to apply for a bank draft for her behalf because she needs to use it as payment for something. But suddenly she changed her mind and sent it back to me here in Manila. I received it last week of October. The bank manager told me that i was their very first client who returned a bank draft and asking for refund. She said they do not know how to process the refund and how long will it take. So she told me to return the next day for they still have to call the head office. The next day, she ask me to give the bank draft to them and it will be sent to the head office for it is the head office to process it. When i asked her how many weeks or months is the processing time she just told me to just wait for their call. On my part, i am thinking that maybe it will take 1 or 2 months before it will be processed. But to my surprise, the bank manager called just minutes ago telling me to go to the bank tomorrow and get the refund. I am so thankful. Now , i do believe that in that bank you're really in good hands.
