Bananas

Me and my children love eating bananas so again i bought some today. Bananas are a good source of Potassium which is vital for our heart health, kidney function and blood pressure regulation, Potassium also helps balance sodium in the body. The more potassium intake, the more sodium is being get rid from our body. It also has fibers which may help in improving sleep quality. Though bananas give us health benefits, it is not so recommended to those who have diabetes because bananas are high in carbs and sugar. These are the informations that i have read about bananas.

I agree with you. Bananas are healthy and provide various food nutrients that are good for health. I don't miss my banana intake daily because it helped a lot in my digestion too, and it normalized my previously low blood potassium.

I have the sweet green banana variety in my garden but don't take much of them as I have rheumatism.
