I have to get up soon as I have to get ready for therapy. Today, after therapy, I will buy some donuts as a comfort food. Carolina had promised me to come on Wednesday but discovered that there was a holiday on Thursday so she will go to the beach with a friend. I´m glad that I asked Anna (@LadyDuck) about how to keep the meat that I had cooked beforehand. So now the meat it in the deep freezer. Carolina said that she would come on Sunday but I will believe it when I see it. Yesterday I finished reading again The Da Vince code. I am reading again all the books that have been turned into movies. Those movies are being shown now on TV and I´m checking whether the book or the movie was better

I decided that the movie had been very good. I love Tom Hanks. He is a wonderful actor and very versatile. Now it is time to go for some coffee. I haven´t yet started my day. See you

Good morning. When I get the chance to compare a book to the movie that is made from it, I normally prefer the book.

Mosto of the time I do too. There are few movies at are as good as a good book. Although I loved the book "The Godfather" I also loved the movie.

@DaddyEvil The godfather is maybe one of the few "best sellers" that can be compared with a more serious book. And the movie (3 movies really) were very good too

I haven't read The Da Vinci Code, nor have I seen the film but I do like Tom Hanks. I find that usually I prefer the book.

Thank you for mentioning Marga. I was planning to read again both The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, those are the two by Dan Brown that I liked more.

Carolina still has to ask her BF. But I don´t want her to go in a hurry and alone. I want them to pick a couple of things from my house as they are now living together.

I like Tom Hanks and have watched a lot of his movies - the Da Vince code, Forest Gump, Philadelphia, Sleepless in Seattle and You've Got Mail.

I haven´t watched again Philadelphia in a long time. I think that movie should never be hidden because it is too old.

The Da Vinci Code is a good book and movie and yes, Tom Hanks is a very credible actor. I like him in Forest Gump. He was awesome there. Have a fun day/evening.

Forrest Gump was one the movies that you remember for a long time. I have watched it more than once. I also loved Philadelphia, by Tom Hanks.
