Merry Christmas to everyone.

I just woke up after a lovely Christmas Eve with Claudia and her children.
It was a Christmas without too many presents but with a lot of Christmas spirit. Sofía was very happy with her gifts and that included the elf I gave her.
Walter, Claudia´s ex husband and the father of 2 of her children, was invited. It seems that after decades of having problems, they finally discovered a friendship through their children. Walter is taking all the family for walks and runs every week end as he was worried about Vicente´s weight after the pandemia.
Now they are renting a house in the beach for New Year. And Walter will go with Vicente to Spain in January. Claudia will pay half of Vicente´s expenses in Spain in installments to Walter as she has not too much extra money after she paid all my hospital expenses.
I received an awesome caftan that Claudia bought for me in Granada and the rest of the family gave me chocolates.
Now I have to go on calling the friends thatt I haven´t called yet for a Merry Christmas by phone.

That spirit is the important part anyway. We didn't have much here either but enough to enjoy.

Me too. My food today has been mostly things that I should not eat. Walter gave me some awesome French crepes that said high in calories, in sugars, high in sodium and in something else I don´t recall. Delicious

@marguicha I often makes French crepes and they are not too high in calories, I would say one on the best desserts for what concerns calories.
