didn't think a mushroom burger would taste good

We had extra mushrooms and walnuts so I looked up a recipe online which used those to make a burger patty. It actually tasted good to me. It didn't hold it's form much though, I think I needed to add more eggs. Here's the recipe I found

I like to make a mushrooms omelette when I have mushrooms. I eat the nuts with cheese.

I have had Portabella mushroom sandwiches with the huge mushroom and Swiss, grilled. It was delicious. Maybe I will try this recipe, I dearly love mushrooms.
