Feeling Lost

Here's a question that I was curious ever since I saw a video about suicide. Has anyone here ever felt lost, that felt you couldn't find yourself, like you feel you weren't satisfied with life. These questions are from the video I saw and what did you do to overcome them and change your life around.

@popsiclecold wrote a wise answer. And mylot has helped me many times in times of sorrow. Everyone feels down once in a while.

Yea I am one of those. Even if this from a video I saw, I do happened to do that. I have low self esteem, nervous easily (however I do drink a lot of cola soft drinks), and put myself down like saying my face is annoying and I annoy everyone. Thanks for the reply

@fearjp No one annoys everyone. Hang in here with us. You'll see. Sometimes I come here, and am so angry or hurt, but I havr friends here. Who care about me. You will see. We are so glad you joined us. Read posts you will see.

Well, sometimes everyone can't watch things like that. We all have problems, and yes we all seem lost at times. But having a place like this can be so helpful. Been here a long time. What kinds of things do you do, that bring you joy. Those are the real and true you. When you get down and out. Just tap into mylot, someone is always here.

Yea thanks for that, good to know. I must admit I do feel blue at times and feel like needing to talk to someone but so far not as worse. But yea, if I do have those times I would come here. Up until this point nothing but if, may God forbids, anything I do feel like "letting go... cutting rope" I will come here. Thanks for the reply
