Had you bought something from him? Thats the only time i would be paying someone on paypal, if I havent bought, then I wouldnt part with any cash

If a stranger requested money from anywhere i dont think i would even remotly adhere it lol i would just ignore the request or better still if youve had one of these report it to paypal themselfs as there is way to much fraud going on these days and the internet seems to be the easiest place to do it at the moment :)
