Stunting : a malnutrition issue

I hope there will be a new invention of food technology that can help people to gain more height. There are some many children in Indonesia who is stunting. It happens because malnutrition since they were a baby. Their parents can not afford to buy good food with good nutrition. Thus, their growth are slower and their height is not as tall as it usually. They become a victim of bullying. It affects their psychology and mentally. They have low of self esteem.

That is sad that the children are not getting good nutrition through no fault of the parents.

I think it is a serious problem. Parents awareness is the key. And all sector in government or else should involved in. In my district, kabupaten magelang, in the last 2022 we start to make some program, named gaspol dulur. All sector like civil servant etc must spend their salary minimally 1/2 kilos of eggs or about 15.000 rupiahs to family who have stunted children.
