Craving for sugarcane juice

Summer has set in and thirst has increased. I do not know when it was the last time I had a glass of sugarcane juice.
We have these hawkers with their machines selling sugar cane juice Never seen them these days The machine squeezes the sugar cane with some ginger. Ice cubes are crushed and served in a tall glass.
As I am writing this post my craving has increased.
What are you craving for at this moment?

Now I crave for sugar cane juice after seeing your picture.
I am not sure if the sugar cane machine you mentioned is the same as what I see in my country, nowadays the hawkers still use the machine to squeeze the sugar cane. But we don't add ginger here. I wonder how the taste is like.
How do you usually get the sugar cane juice nowadays?

A touch of ginger flavour makes a lot of difference to the taste. These days I have not had it and yes the machine is used to press out the juice.

I have never tried it. I wonder if it is sold in US..I would like some Banana pudding ice cream.
