Help me finding a way out of my academy

Friends im studying computer graphic course in a well known institute of india. When i joined the course they were teaching well but gradually teachers started changing n my lessons became slow, My course period was just 18 months but now its almost 24 months after i joined, i have still not completed. mean while manager has changed n when i ask 4 justice present manager is not taking any responsiblity to solve it. friends please give me some ideas so that i can get my certificate n get out of there.
