To explain the title, a "librocubicularist" is a person who likes to read in bed. Some of you might be librocubicularists and didn't even know there was a word for that!
As for the picture, I was 1) reading in bed and 2) goofing around with my new phone and 3) decided to take a picture of myself.
I thought it would be a fun profile pic for Facebook, but as soon as I posted it, one of my friends told me I looked dead. Thanks, friend! I am Irish and come by my pallor honestly, I'll have ye know. Well, I'm American, but you know, we're mostly not from here, originally.
Anyway, I responded that I was originally going to call my pic "fell asleep reading", but that "died reading" would also be acceptable.

@AliCanary I read in bed from the day I learned to read.

Yes, these days it makes me very sleepy to read, so if I am having trouble sleeping, it usually helps!

@AliCanary It sure isn't. I used to know what the longest word was but forgot it.

@velvet53 it's--get ready--pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis. I think it's a lung disease/condition caused by inhaling fine volcanic dust. That's been the longest word for many years - I remember looking it up a good while back.

Aww, thank you! I am very pale typically, but of course having my reading light shining directly on my face really exaggerated things!

I think the picture is lovely. I used to read in bed all the time. Now I've gotten out of the habit and need to start reading again. Have a great weekend!

To be honest, I'm not sure exactly how to pronounce it, yet. I'm guessing either LEE-broh-KYOO-bi-koo-LAIR-ist or LEE-bro-KOO-bi-koo-LAIR-ist.

Thank you! I hadn't washed my face and still had lipstick on - I think it's funny that the color matched my pillowcase!

Well... wouldn't be the worst way to go. The word is a new on to me for sure, though I am one.

Thank you! I know, it's Latin-based. I recognized "libro" as "book", but I wouldn't have associated a bed with a cubicle!

Thanks! It's a long one, but I guess it's still shorter than "person who likes to read in bed", lol
