I start a new shift at work from today and it will be from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Have any of you worked for any of such shifts that starts at night and ends in day? Can you help me with any tips to stay in better health when working at night. Especially with acidity.

Best of luck to you. I think it is just a matter of getting used to the hours,

Try to get rest when you can..I often worked graveyards but I did okay thank goodness, somehow. My nephew works graveyards but gets no sleep the poor bugger. I wish you luck.

Working night shifts can be tough on the body. However, there are a few tips that can help you cope with it: try to sleep during the day before your shift, avoid strong coffee and food before bedtime, try to limit screen time before bed and stick to a regular sleep schedule. You can also consult a doctor for specific recommendations on managing acidity. Good luck with your work!

My husband has worked the graveyard shift before. One thing he did when sleeping during the day was wear one of those sleeping masks that go over the eyes. He said it really helped block out the light.
