Every year on the last Saturday of March, millions across the globe celebrates their commitment to the planet by switching off their lights for one hour. In my place it will be tonight March 25, 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm. How about you guys? Together lets get involved. Small act as it may seem but can make a big difference when millions of people join. Remind those around you.

Well, isn't that a quaint symbolic gesture. And you save some money on your electric bill. A good everyday practice and I do it for more than an hour

Here too, we would be switching off the lights for an hour today. Well, it seems like a small action but it definitely has a big impact when they do it together in millions and billions.

@pitsipeahie Yes, the only one and we have nothing to replace it. It's been so kind to us, let us return the favour by our small thoughtful actions.

Oh, really? I'm not sure if we have that kind of activity here too. But if millions do it, I agree it would make a difference. I'll search online if we would do it here. Thank you for the information.
