HolaMylot, it is me again, your favorite angel. It's 8:16 PM here and I have just finished with my dinner but I am so weak that I need a good sleep. Like I do not have much energy to stay awake more longer for now but the problem is I can not sleep LOL I realize for the last couple of weeks I worked really hard from dawn to evening and had no days off, I repeat NO DAYS OFF. I do not want a complaint at all because I get good benefits from it, so no regret at all. After knowing my BP is increasing since last week, I wanna have a good sleep right now and I do not want to eat a sleeping pill at all. I hope after writing this I will sleep like a baby, I wish I can do that. How about you guys? Do you push yourself to work so hard and forget about getting enough sleep? I hope you didn't do that. Remember to always stay safe, take care and have a great day

Although I am a night owl, I manage to have about 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Pay attention to your BP.

I am not a good sleeper and I have never been. I do my best to have a good sleep, but often it's not enough.

I hope you can get a long night of sleep, Angel. Good luck with it. When I started working, I would work two or three jobs at one time, one full-time job and one or two part-time jobs when I wasn't working my full-time job... I did that for years, ignoring the need for sleep so I could make more money. So, yes, I know about not getting enough sleep but working anyway. Sleeping pills always make me feel extra tired the next day after taking them... That's not good... Hopefully, your BP will go back to "normal" for you when you aren't working so many hours without days off.

A good night's sleep is very very important , especially if you suffer from moderately high blood pressure.
