I Need to be More Patient with Cooking

I put on the timer to 45 minutes to soften the meat but then 25minutes later I am adding the last ingredients and waited only ten minutes and then started eating. I was famished, starving.
My dishes are turning out to be delicious. I am into cooking again and I am so happy. I just need to cook in advance not when Im already hungry unfortunately I am always hungry hahaha.
I am up early today around 4am because I had to open the door for my daughter who went on an evening battle of the bands sort of event with her friends.
She is extremely tired, turned on the AC and now fast asleep. She sad she had fun so that's great.

I hope your food was actually finished cooking before you started eating it.
You could have eaten a small snack of some kind and waited for the meal to finish cooking. I do that sometimes.

Yes it tasted delicious. There are some moments when I would hypoglycemic like I have the need to eat the food or I start shaking and feel really hungry.

That is true. We should start cooking ahead of schedule but being me I would proscrastinate and would be on my laptop doing nonsense things LOL.
