FREE shipping

We have online stores on Shopee and Lazada. And I was the one assigned to control and manage the store on Shopee and Lazada. Recently my mother was anxious regarding the FREE Shipping I joined years ago in Lazada. She said she wanted the FREE shipping to be remove. Because it adds up to the fees in Lazada to our store. So I removed it last Thursday. I immediately noticed the decline in sales. Also our customers on Lazada was migrating and buying on our store in Shopee where the FREE shipping is available in there. My mother asked why the sales decline? I told her because of the FREE shipping she opted me to be remove. So she ordered me to put it back again. So FREE shipping is very important for buyers online. Because it gives discounts and less headache on shipping fees for customers. aside from the Mega Sales. How important is FREE shipping for you? Whenever you buy online? What is your thought on this?

I will choose free shipping always, whether it's Lazada or Shopee. By the way, which store is better for school supplies and kid's clothing

no particular right answer. both shopee and Lazada have pros and cons. just DYOR (Do your own research)

Currently, Shopee often has errors due to a spike in activity watching videos. I haven't used Lazada for a long time, at Shopee free shipping still applies including instant delivery at affordable prices.

we sell spices. Yes, it only covers maximum shipping fee of P 100 pesos. If the shipping fee exceeds that amount, the buyer will shoulder the excess amount.
