There is a word that "Women have mood swings" For me whether he/she is man/woman can have mood swings. We should not specify any gender in this case.Mood swings depend on situation and it is also a mental condition,

Oh yes, of course they do have mood swings too. Because men are humans too. Unfortunately, they always blame women for having mood swings.
