Where are you?

In this world of today, we have so many different kinds of people.
We have those who are just evil, heartless and don't care about other people.
We have another flock who are good no matter what. They are always ready to help even if it means just listening to you and just offer kind words.
Am glad to meeting new , interesting persons every day even if I bump into some who are very nasty and cold.
Im hoping for the world to have more good than bad people.

I believe the world has more good people than bad but the media focuses on the bad as its more news worthy

@Laurakemunto As spiritually-wired people would say: "If they throw you a stone, throw them bread." I, myself, find this hard to do. But if you live in the spirit of God and have the love of God in you, then His divine power will help you to be kind despite the hatred you have received. I'm not truly well-versed in this topic. You may want to visit Steve Marshall's @innertalks discussions because he talks a lot bout these topics.

We should always strive to live good and be good whatever circumstances that we may be facing

I understand it's supposed to be that way we should just be focused on the good.
Am just thinking what if a person is so good hearted and can do anything to extend their help to you. That's the good part of them right?
But then, they have a very nasty side of themselves . They never stop gossiping about you backlashing with no mercy . What do you do in such a scenario?

I believe there are good more than bad or as a species we would already be extinct, for it is the good that keeps us alive.

Some religions claim that the world is owned by the Devil, an evil force, acting badly, and so he tries to influence us to be bad.
The Christian Bible, in fact, tells us that the Devil is in charge of this world, and so are there good and bad people here, or did God create them all good, but the devil gets to them, and changes them when they allow him to do so?
God created both man and woman as good creatures, made on the model of himself, and yet when that model mixes itself with sin, through temptation by the devil, the goodness is coloured over by sin, and the sin then controls their mind, and their good heart remains hidden unlived from underneath the evilness of a corrupted mind.
Luke, from the Christian Bible, chapter 4, verse 6 says this: (The Devil was talking to Jesus Christ here.)
"I will give you the glory of these kingdoms and authority over them,” the devil said, “because they are mine to give to anyone I please."
Is the devil evil though, can he be saved too?
God's love can save all, and falls on the devil, or the good, and the bad, equally, and it is up to the person to use its energy for good in their lives, or to twist it through a corrupted mine to do evil instead.
In the end, though, God will ensure each spark (soul) of God within each body, returns to him as these souls are all his own, and it is only the bad mind then that will be dispersed, and reabsorbed, and turned into good again, into the good universal mind.
If we have a good mind, the memories of it stay with our soul, but if we have a bad mind, all is washed away, and the soul is not blemished by taking evil into it from an evil mind.
That's my ideas about how good and evil work in this world.

@Laurakemunto Thanks, you said it well there too.
Yes, it was said that God looked upon his creation, and he saw that it was all good.
The choice to do evil seems to be given to us too, by God, maybe so that we might grow in wisdom by our deciding to reject sin, and go God's way of love instead. If God didn't want us to face evil, he would have done away with it by now, so it must be serving him indirectly, to teach us something of value, I would say too.
Yes, we should try to do good in our life, and try to love others in that doing of good too.

@innertalks I agree He's a merciful God and an equal God . He gave us the right to choose either to follow Him or abandon Him and do evil.
Every road we choose has it's uniques consequences. He doesn't want us to say ooh you just created us and kinda forced us to only one way.
That's why we have to choose , be wise through our actions and so on.
But it's not His willing for people to be evil He Himself is righteous and upright and doesn't want His creation to be lost in any way.

Thank you so much for putting this out in detail.
It is clear to say that in the beginning good existed and that's why even God because of His goodness created us so we can enjoy His creation. If at all He was bad, He wouldn't have done so.
Doing evil is a person's choice which is always not good since it brings about many negative recurppecssions.
In our everyday life we should strive to do good even with constant temptation God is there to deliver us if only we allow Him to do so.
