I read an article on medium that in Davao City Philippines they are roasting crocs just like how they roast pigs? yikes! it's truly an extraordinary delicacy. According to the article it taste like chicken. I like to try specially the sisig version i bet it's healthier than pork.

@JimBo452020 I have not, but I’ve seen it offered in Louisiana. They taste about the same, crocodiles and gator?

meats of both are the same, they said crocs and alli's meat are low-fat and high-protein content so they are great for a boomer like me

I have tasted Alligator and it was ok. I would love to see them roasting one. I would give it a try and eat some of it. It wouldn't be poison so why not?

I did too before, it was fried as far as i can remember it was quite chewy and tough and there's a little fishiness. but I haven't tasted roasted croc, i think i would not like the skin it seems tough

frog meat also tastes like chicken but the more I grow up I am picky, other than chicken or beef I never want to eat it.

I don't eat anything except chicken in non vegetarian food. I don't feel comfortable even in thinking of eating crocodile even though their meat is same as in taste of chicken.

It does not taste like chicken, I had alligator nuggets in Louisiana, it's chewy, not pleasant meat.

I've eaten baked crocodile tail before. It was delicious.
