Crocodile Lechon? Anyone?

I read an article on medium that in Davao City Philippines they are roasting crocs just like how they roast pigs? yikes! it's truly an extraordinary delicacy. According to the article it taste like chicken. I like to try specially the sisig version i bet it's healthier than pork.

@JimBo452020 I have not, but I’ve seen it offered in Louisiana. They taste about the same, crocodiles and gator?

I have tasted Alligator and it was ok.
I would love to see them roasting one.
I would give it a try and eat some of it.
It wouldn't be poison so why not?

I've eaten baked crocodile tail before. It was delicious.
