Bicycle is our first bike that we all ride and after that we move towards motor bike or other such bikes to travel to different parts of city and letting kids learn bicycle first is done to make them ready for motor bike and other such bikes as this way they learn how to balance. I think I was around 7 when I started Riding a Bicycle on my own. At what Age did you started Riding a Bicycle?

We lived on a farm and I never learnt to ride a bike. I did, however, have a pony to ride.

Have to say around five or six, but never did stop using training wheels. Stopped riding around fourteen, because I was having problems with my legs, and my eyesight started to decline. Wound up in a wheelchair at 18, so no more bikes for me unless it's stationary.

@Butterfingers I think she is riding now. She just turned 5. I know she has a bike at her dad's. My oldest boy was around 7 before he learned. But he could ride a horse by himself at around 4 . My fault as I was riding a lot back then

We lived in the center of a city, we did not have a bicycle. I learned when I was already a teenager and I spent some weeks at my grandparents country home.

I was around 5 or 6 when I started pushing one of my brothers' bikes to the top of a nearby hill, getting on and coasting down... or, most of the way down... maybe part of the way down... at a time until I'd learned to do that. Then I had to learn how to pedal and ride at the same time. Most of us don't graduate past riding a bicycle. We graduate into a car or truck.

If you're talking about any type of bike, I did three-wheeled bikes when I was 6, but I only started riding two-wheeled bikes at age 15.

I probably was 7 or 8 years old. One of my brothers helped me learn to ride on a banana bike as we called it. Now I can't ride and am very afraid of falling off.
