Is Joe Biden Fit to be the President?

Pakistan
June 6, 2023 1:23pm CST
According to recent news reports, Joe Biden experienced a fall on June 1, 2023, while distributing diplomas at a graduation ceremony for the US Air Force Academy in Colorado. During the incident, he stumbled over a black sandbag that was supporting his teleprompter. Fortunately, an Air Force official and two Secret Service members promptly assisted him back up. With a touch of humor, Biden remarked that he had been "sandbagged" but assured everyone that he was doing well. Undeterred, he proceeded to shake hands with the 921 graduating cadets and even jogged back to his motorcade later on. Joe Biden has experienced multiple instances of falling during speeches or ceremonies, and there have been occasions where he has forgotten his train of thought. These incidents raise the question of whether he is physically and mentally fit to serve as the President.

He is old, even he would be in perfect health condition and with a bright mind he should retire and make a favor to the country. He is forgetful and he shows signs of senile dementia.

@RebeccasFarm I cannot understand how some people say he looks good. He looks around as he was lost in the desert. Every time he opens his mouth he makes gaffes. He rides a bike and he fells, he climbs the stairs and he fells. He is an old man who should do the only job good for him, to be a grand father.

Compared to some of the fossils in Congress and the sociopathic imbecile he replaced, Joe is fit as a fiddle and sharp as a tack.

@zainkhan121 There are two fossils in the Senate who've been there since Ronald Reagan was President.

Sigh. No, he’s not. I don’t think he can last another four years, five counting the year left on his term. We all age, and the effects of it are showing on him. People seem to think saying Biden is unfit means we think Trump IS fit. No way. Neither man is. I hope to goodness our choices for president do not include Joe Biden or Donald Trump. But I think it will be difficult for hardcore Democrats to say Biden is unfit. If he’s their only choice for the next election, they’re definitely going to stick to their belief he’s perfectly fine.

@TheHorse Neither of these old guys are "perfectly fine." But one is a sociopath in bed with the Russians. The other is not. I do wonder who Trump will pick as a running mate. He seems to be "losing it " quickly. Biden is "losing it" slowly. --------It's even worse now because he desperately needs more than half a billion dollars and Putin is capable of giving it to him. But he won't really give it. Trump will be even more his slave than he was before.

@xander6464 I worry about that. If Trump is a slave to Russia, N. Korea or Saudi Arabia, could it affect American politics?

I'm not familiar with American politics so, I will just say that whoever Americans voted for must be fit to be president.

It would be nice if that were the case but no. Did you forget that Trump was elected?

@xander6464 Almost half of voting Americans cast their ballot for Trump in 2016.

Well, at this point Biden is the best we have. We had a President who wound up with Alzeihmers while still in the White House and a President that was an absolute klutz such is life, I just want the big imbecile who seems to know everything to just disappear,

Biden and Trump both seem to shuffle around. We have to listen to their words.

He absolutely is not fit to be the president. And needs to be replaced ASAP. I could give you pages of examples, just like this one, of things he has said and done since day one of entering the White House. The list is way too long to share here, but it is an easy internet search, if you have nothing else to do. He is an embarrassment to our country. And the entire world is watching and laughing.

I don't think so, but he won only because people believe Trump would've been worse.

I may do a post soon about how I believe Trayvon Martin incident allowed Trump to win almost half of the popular vote in 2016. Heh. Can you anticipate my reasoning? I HATE political correctness.

Do you know how easy it is to stumble when the attention is all on you in front of hundreds of people? Supper is easy and it has nothing to do with if you are mentally able to. Some people are just less coordinated than the rest of us. Stumbling can yes make you lose your train of thought. Think of it if you were in his shoes wouldn't it take you a bit to get back on the right page? Even actors when they have messed up at least have a cut and retry again but live in front of people you can't just stop and get yourself in order. We are all human we are never perfect even someone of power. We had one president that had a wheelchair he was several ill and still managed to. Teddy is one of the US most infamous Presidents to this day.

You may not have heard of Michael Jordan, but he was a really good American basketball player. One of my softball teammates had to guard Michael Jordan when Indiana University played North Carolina in basketball in the 1980s. I am quite coordinated. But I still trip over things in my old age. It has nothing to do with my intelligence.

In fairness to Biden, anyone can trip over things, especially me, but he really isn't fit to be the leader of the free world.

Bur he is more fit than the current alternative, which is Donald Trump. If Mitt Romney ran again, I might vote for him again. I was already leaning Right in 2012.

Joe Biden is fit to be President. But his body is 81 or so years old. Fortunately, his mind is fit. His opponent Donald Trump, is three or four years younger, but his mind is deteriorating rapidly. His (Trump's) speeches make no sense. And he has been indicted for a lot of criminal activity.

There was a sandbag in his way. He didn't fall for no reason. He tripped over something in his way that should not have been there.

I can recall a time when Trump fell, I believe getting off of Air Force One. My daughter tripped yesterday and fell next to her car. Luckily, she wasn't carrying her baby. Maybe she is old, too old to be in charge of anything. I will have to tell her, since she runs an entire department of medical personnel. Good grief...we have a ton of old people in office. Do we need age and term limits? ABSOLUTELY! But we don't seem to have that right now to apply for our needs in the US. We need younger people to run for office, but they are not exactly lining up to do that.
