Monsoon has started in right earnest / myLot

I can smell the rain. The sky has welcoming clouds promising more rain. It has cooled down considerably. Hopefully we will have to curl up the hose pipes and store them as we will not have to water the garden for a few months from now unless it suddenly stops raining Nature is unpredictable. I have ordered for some flowering seeds despite my resolution never more to order them online but the withdrawal symptoms were unbearable (lol) I wish you all a climate that you want out there. I do not harvest it but it gets into several pits we have in our property that helps ground water levels

@allknowing Blessed to have !! Luckily we also have wells but sometime it get brownish colour when it rains heavily

We are having a wet month of June, more rain than usual. The 21st of June, summer starts. July and August are usually dry and hot months. I will have to water the garden twice a day.

@allknowing - During summer is when we need to water more. I surely do not water the lawn, so it does not grow too much.

We need rain so badly. Everything is dry and dusty. Hard on those who have allergies.

We did have some hot days prior to this. Hopefully we can now enjoy some cool breeze. The only thing I dread is thunder and lightning which is bound to accompany rains. Hope you get rain soon.
