Morning Motivation

On good and bad days, it can be quite tough to master the positive motivation to get out of bed, but we can now make plans to do so. 1. Create or organize a regular activity just for me or myself. Planning ahead should be done in the morning and should serve as motivation to get out of bed. It is quite beneficial to engage in activities like morning meditation or scheduled webinars and podcast listening. 2. Holding oneself or yourself accountable for positive action Exercise in the morning is a nice, effective way to begin the day. establishing a daily practice of taking at least 10,000 steps to keep you fit.

I could barely complete 2,000 steps let alone 10K steps,, whew. But I try every day, someday I will become successful. Thanks for the reminder.
