As it is summer in the east the sun rise is happening by 4 am in the morning.

In the East the sun rise happens early. These days the diurnal range is increasing. Days are longer. Nights are shorter. So the sun rise is happening by 4 am. I love to watch the sunrise even in urbanized cities.

Thanks Rajji when I went to Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands I found that the sun rises at 3.45 am

The sunrise is always beautiful to catch no matter where you are, barring being caught in a city with a terrible haze of pollution. Thankfully, I think that is rare.
