We're Getting a Light Rain, Which is Welcome!

Any rain at this time is welcomed! The state of Michigan is dry as a bone, from one end to the other.
With two raging fires this past week, precipitation will definitely be a blessing! Hopefully, it will continue through the next few days:)
We haven't experience any hot/humid weather, but it certainly has been dry. The grass in the yard will drink it up and start turning green.
The bushes on the side of this house are losing the blossoms, as I'd expected.
Usually, they stay beautiful for about three days, before this happens.
Anyway, the rain is still coming down, which is great to see!

We are so blessed to get this rain! Yet, it's not heavy enough to have a positive impact. If it continues for a couple days, that would really help:)

Our rain went away and the sun and the humidity returned. At present it is 6 PM with 84 degrees and 80% humidity

We didn't get any thunder/lightening, but simply a light shower. Maybe today, we will get some more rain.

Rain after a long period of dryness is such a blessing. Enjoy it while it's there. We've been having monsoon rains here due to a storm in the Pacific. I'm loving it because it makes the temperature a lot cooler and I can work easily without sweating so much.

We just had a week of rain which slowed the wildfires here immensely. They are now under control and pretty much extinguished. Thank goodness. Hope your area gets lots of rain soon.
