@Laurakemunto So it's cold pressed. I never knew about that. And I never tried avocado oil. I just love eating avocado.

@toniganzon it has a lot of oil when you try it you will know how much of the oil we usually consume from avocados

It's a bit of process .
I sieve the avocados and let it dry in the sun for three days
Then squeeze it through a Muslim cloth and you have your oil!

1.Scooping the avocado using a spoon from it's skin
2.Passing it through a sieve
3.Spread it on top of a flat surface I use a saucepan lid
4.Dried it in the sun for three days
5.Using muslin cloth I squeezed the oil out! There it is!

Avocado bussiness is now booming worldwide even here so many farmers are going for it.
No the one that we had we cut it down some years back now we have a friend who brings from her farm to us
