Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 72 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. I think we are supposed to have storms later.
I’m at work and the struggle is real today. My jeans are washed but not dried so I am actually wearing khaki shorts today. 
That’s all well and good but the AC is blasting and I’m cold.
I just had a former student (I think) ask me to sign their yearbook. She must have been from the COVID 2020-2021 year where I was mostly virtual and students were wearing masks because I didn’t recognize her at all. Like I had to look at what other people had written to find out her name. 
I want to go to the pool when I get out of here later. It will be good to soak up some sunshine. My neighbor is working so I won’t have to watch the dog.

The technician is on the way to upgrade my security system. Hopefully he’ll be gone my lunchtime so I can head out to lunch.

Today I will go to my eye doctor appointment and then we will go out to eat at Longhorn Steakhouse.
