food allergies

Do you have any food allergies. I can not eat ANYTHING with lactose in it. I am not lactose intollerant. I am allergic to it.
If you can't have dairy as well, do you have any good dairy free recipies?

nope. although there was a time when i ate raw salmon and puked. just once, and i have no idea why. i used to love raw salmon but not anymore. guess puberty changes and mould you into a while new different person :
