Bread fritters

Bread fritters with a hot cup of tea or coffee is the thing to have when it is pouring outside .
Bread fritters are easy to make. It is not necessary to use fresh bread. In fact it is better if the bread is atleast three of four days old.
Prepare a thick gram flour batter to which salt, chili powder and ajwain (oma) seeds are added
Dip the bread slices in this batter and deep fry them.
It is best eaten with tomato ketchup.
I have all the ingredients and it is pouring rain. I am off to the kitchen. See you later

@sathviksouvik I used to be too but I have decided to live on vegetables and eggs. And I am fine with that.

I have tried several kinds of fritters before, but I have not tried bread fritters yet.
