Hello
One of my health doctor who is a nutritionist was telling me about things that i never thought of.
Majoring mostly on fruits she mentioned the benefits of eating a watermelon and its health benefit especially for the sick.
which most of them I knew about of, but the shocking part is that she told me that we can chew the seeds and eat them because the seeds of the watermelon are also nutritious and furthermore they are medicine
because I was curious about what she said , I did some research and found out that many people blend watermelon with the seeds?
at least I learnt something, do you eat watermelon chewing the seed? or you usually throw away the seeds

Yes with every health information I have it's true the seeds of watermelon are edible I love their taste too you need to try them! You'll be craving for watermelon every time .
I usually run to watermelon not because of the watery part but the seeds lol

@thebos they are great have you tried sunflower seeds? Or pumpkin seeds?

Yes watermelon seeds are healthy and I like roasted seeds., They sell deskined watermelon seeds.
While eating watermelon I don't chew the seeds just throw away

@prashu228 how do roasted seeds of watermelon taste like, I hope like roasted come and how do you remove the skin
