Do you use the alarm clock to wake up?

I hope all is well with you people here.
So it's already midnight here. I am on my desk embarking my online tasks in different earning sites alternating with my lot.
I was figuring out on the people that doesn't have defined kind of sleep patterns that is sleeping and waking up on different times of the night like me.
Most of the people who behaves like that tend to rely solely on the alarm clock for them to wake up in the mornings.
So is it a must for you to be awaken up by the use of an alarm clock?
For me I never use them.

@Treborika It really does, I hate to go to bed at night and hate to get up in the morning.

Yes, I use the alarm clock to be sure I wake up at the right time when there is an important task to do during the day so I won't be late. Sometimes, I wake up earlier than the alarm clock.

No I don't use alarm.
It's seven am here, Monday. Day just started.. cooking is done..will have breakfast and then ready for work

In college, I got so used to waking up at the same time that I would start automatically waking then, and had no need for an alarm clock. Nowadays, I wake up early, but never at the same time. So I probably set my phone alarm three times a week when I have appointments I really can’t miss, just to be sure.

I never use one. I'm up all night; and I rarely sleep during the day very much. We are retired now; and don't have to get up early. Have a good week.

I will use an alarm clock every now and then. About the only time I use one is when I need to get up to go to an early doctor appointment.
